This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “You”) and Globalynx Networks LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) regarding your use of licensed antivirus software purchased through our website.
1. License Grant
Globalynx Networks LLC is a reseller of licensed antivirus software. By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software in accordance with the terms set by the original software provider (e.g., Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, etc.).
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the property of the original software developer. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you through your purchase.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:

- Rent, lease, or lend the license key to others.

- Circumvent or disable any security or technical features.

- Use the software for unlawful or malicious purposes.
4. License Activation
You must activate the software using the license key provided after purchase. Each license is valid for the number of devices and duration specified at the time of purchase.
5. Updates & Support
Updates and support for the antivirus software are provided by the original software vendor, subject to their terms and policies.
6. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until the end of your license term unless terminated earlier. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Globalynx Networks LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. All software is provided “as-is” without warranty from Globalynx Networks LLC. For software-related issues, refer to the software provider’s warranty policy.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
